This poster I design for Has Beans coffee shop in Chico, CA was used to promote their Open Mic event, occuring Wednesday every Thursday night! The setting was very quiet, part of which was made possible by the courteous audience that was paying attention. It is unfortunate that a majority of open mic events in Santa Barbara, CA are in bars and night clubs (tougher to get the drunk audience to pay attention :( .

Mobile Phone Concert CSU Chico Free

This poster was used to promote an event that was lead by a conductor that didn't conduct his orchestra, but instead the audience. When audience members arrived to the event they were given instructions on where to sit based on which cell phone provider & phone model they owned. They were given instruction on what ringtone to use based on their phone's models. Once programmed, their phone would go off at a precise time, to be a chime as part of the ensemble.
